  • The price-match policy applies only to products purchased directly from veekos.com and does not include other computer peripherals.

  • Prices for other accessories may fluctuate due to exchange rates and logistics costs.

  • This guarantee does not cover price changes during holiday promotions or special event deals.

  • For Veekos keyboards sold on other platforms, please reach out to the respective distributor for their price-matching policies.

To request a price match, contact us at support@veekos.com with your order ID.

Short answer: YES.

VAT is collected at checkout, as required by the EU Commission to comply with e-commerce VAT obligations.

Veekos uses the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system to simplify and speed up customs clearance. We provide IOSS details to the carrier and report VAT to the European Commission monthly, ensuring a smoother delivery experience with fewer delays at customs.

Important Note:
In rare cases, if you choose express shipping (like FedEx or TNT), the carrier might overlook the IOSS and charge VAT again. If that happens, please email support@veekos.com—we’ll either refund the VAT or pay it on your behalf.

Customs Duties:
Custom import taxes are not included in the checkout payment. However, they’re usually not charged with most shipping methods, unless you opt for express carriers like FedEx or TNT.

All prices on our platform are displayed in USD.

Tax & Import Duty Information

  • VAT Included: VAT is included at checkout for all applicable regions.

  • Import Duty (Customs Tax): Import duties are not included. If your local customs authority bills you for customs tax, you’ll be responsible for the payment.


Region-Specific Notes:

  • EU Customers: Please [VAT FQA] for details on VAT and import processing.

  • US Customers: Due to updated tax policies, import tax will apply to all orders placed after May 2.

  • Most Other Regions: When selecting standard shipping, the likelihood of being charged import duty is very low.

  • Indonesia – when shipped via FedEx

  • Canada – when shipped via UPS

  • Before Placing an Order:
    You can update your shipping address anytime before placing your order. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Orders

  2. Click the Edit Details icon on the order you want to update

  3. Edit the necessary fields and click Save Changes

  4. Click Done once you’re finished

  • After Placing an Order:
    If your order has already been placed, please contact us within 2 hours to request a change.
    After this window, we cannot guarantee that the update will take effect. If the address is successfully changed, any additional fees charged by the carrier will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Status Definitions

  • [Processing]
    Your order is being prepared. This status means:

    • The item has not yet been picked up by the carrier (processing usually takes around 3 days), 

    • The package has been handed over, but the carrier hasn’t generated a tracking label yet (which may take 1–2 days).

    • For pre-order items, the status will remain “Processing” until the product is in stock and ready to ship.

  • [Shipped]
    Your order has been handed over to the carrier and is now on its way.
